Role Overview: This position is for an Obstetrician/Gynecologist seeking a flexible practice environment with the ability to adjust workload to maximize income or preserve time. The role involves providing comprehensive OB/GYN care in a supportive, team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Performing OB and GYN services with a balanced 50/50 splitCollaborating with a low-turnover, team-based culture emphasizing clinical standards and flexibilityHandling patient consultations, deliveries, and follow-upsWorking with support staff including midwives, nurse practitioners, OB hospitalists, and MFM specialistsManaging approximately 8:00–5:00 clinic hours, seeing 24–35 patients daily, with optional post-call days offParticipating in 1:6 call rotation with 24-hour shifts, supported by midwivesHandling about 110 deliveries monthly, with a 45% C-section rate and no pregnancy terminations Qualifications & Skills Board certification in OB/GYNStrong clinical standards, teamwork, adaptability, and excellent communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamWillingness to participate in call rotation and manage delivery volume Compensation & Benefits Base salary between $250K–$300K, with potential earnings of $400K–$450K in the first year based on productivityProfit-sharing model allowing retention of 50% of GYN profitsPartnership eligibility after two years, without buy-inBenefits include 6 weeks PTO, $3,500 CME allowance, health insurance, and 401(k) with profit sharing This role offers control over schedule and income, making it ideal for professionals seeking flexibility and growth in a community-oriented setting.
