OBGYN Physician

Seeking an OBGYN to join a collaborative, low-turnover team in a sought-after suburban location. The role offers flexibility to adjust practice volume and income based on personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide balanced OB/GYN care with support from midwives, nurse practitioners, OB hospitalists, MFM specialists, and advanced technology like robotic surgery
• Outpatient clinic hours with a manageable patient load
• Optional post-call days
• 1:6 call rotation with shared on-call duties
• Handle approximately 110 deliveries/month with a focus on patient care (pregnancy terminations excluded)

Pay

• Base salary with profit-sharing
• Earning potential up to $450K
• Eligibility for partnership after two years
