OBGYN Per Diem
About the Role
Mass General Brigham is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN for a moonlighting opportunity at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected community hospital affiliated with Mass General Brigham while working alongside a collaborative and experienced multidisciplinary team.
- Provide obstetric and gynecologic care for hospitalized patients, including labor management, deliveries, obstetric triage, emergency gynecologic consultations, and urgent surgical care as needed
- Collaborate closely with experienced OB/GYN physicians, certified nurse midwives, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
- Flexible moonlighting schedule designed to supplement an existing practice
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Strong clinical skills, excellent bedside manner, and commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Ability to independently manage obstetric and gynecologic emergencies in a community hospital setting
- Interest in working within a collaborative, community-based care model

Pay
Shift pay ranges from $1100 to $2200 per shift, depending on the type and timing of shifts worked. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
