About the role
Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN Generalist to join the Department of OBGYN. The selected physician will provide general obstetrical and gynecological services to patients within Albany Med Faculty Physician Group and its inpatient facilities, and will participate in the education and training of medical students and residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide general obstetrical and gynecological services to patients
- Participate in the education and training of medical students and residents
- Pursue scholarly activities leading to presentations at regional and national meetings and/or publications in peer-reviewed journals
Requirements
- Board-certified or active candidate for certification in OB/GYN
- Ability to obtain medical licensure in the State of New York
- Outstanding clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare providers and support staff
Qualifications
- Faculty rank appointment commensurate with experience and qualifications
