OBGYN - Garden City NY/Long Island - Competitive Compensation/Signing Bonus!

About the role

Unified Women's Healthcare’s affiliate, Square Care Health, is seeking a full‑time OB/GYN physician to join the Complete Women’s Healthcare practice in Garden City, NY on Long Island. The position is suitable for a new resident or an experienced OB/GYN physician and offers the chance to work in a well‑established, team‑oriented, collaborative practice that has served its community for over 30 years.

Position Highlights

• 4 OB/GYN physicians and 1 NP in the practice
• Single office location with 3‑4 office days per week
• In‑office surgical suite
• Hospital privileges at NYU Langone
• Favorable call schedule – 2‑4 weeknights per month (open to discussion)
• 6‑10 weekends per year (open to discussion)
• Partnership track encouraged
• Mentorship program for new residents

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Current unrestricted state medical license
• Current unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain one

Compensation

Minimum $325,000 per year – Maximum $350,000 per year.

Schedule

• 6‑10 weekend calls per year (negotiable)
