About the Role

Hospital-employed OBGYN position with flexible practice setup options, including joining an established provider or establishing a solo clinic. The practice includes collaboration with two on-staff Certified Nurse Midwives and access to robotic surgery via the daVinci Xi Surgical System.

Practice Details

• Manageable call schedule: 10 days per month with a 30-minute response time
• Standard clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Primary clinic located on the main hospital campus
• Outreach coverage to two satellite clinics (15 and 25 minutes from hospital)
• Well-equipped clinic with 10 exam rooms (1 dedicated procedure room) and in-clinic ultrasound
• In-office procedures: Endometrial Biopsies, IUDs, Nexplanon, Hormone Therapy, Genetic Testing
• Full practice capacity averages ~25 patients per day
• Deliveries at 35+ weeks gestation; blocked OR time available
• On-site pediatricians available to attend C-sections
• Supported by employed hospitalists and Meditech EMR system
• Large 4-county catchment area serving 110,000+ residents

Requirements

• Residents welcome; accepting H1B and 2027 J1 Visa candidates

Compensation

• Generous Base Salary: Up to $450,000 depending on experience
• Additional wRVU production incentives
• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Allowance
