About the role

Join a collaborative women's health team as a full-spectrum OB/GYN in Baldwin, Wisconsin. This role supports a well-established rural women's health program with a focus on minimizing unnecessary interventions and practicing full scope OB/GYN medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, emphasizing physiologic birth, patient-centered experiences, and relationship-based medicine
• Practice full scope OB/GYN medicine within a supportive environment with physician autonomy and reasonable call duties
• Offer modern birth center services with a focus on quality outcomes

Pay

• Competitive base salary of $390,000
• Additional earning potential via RVU incentives based on quality, patient satisfaction, community engagement, and performance
