Job Summary

As our OBGYN Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will be a vital part of our patient-centered healthcare team, directly contributing to women's health within a collaborative and supportive environment. Every day you will engage in 36 patient-facing hours per week, providing essential OBGYN services across two conveniently located clinics. Your schedule will be a flexible Monday - Friday, promoting a healthy work-life balance that is further enhanced by no on-call duties.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in 36 patient-facing hours per week, providing essential OBGYN services across two clinics.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis, and works with MD partners to assure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care.
  • Utilize the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient.
  • Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Required Job Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in an OBGYN or advance practice setting, preferred
  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing as Nurse Practitioner, from a nationally accredited postgraduate certificate program required
  • Must be a graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing
  • Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure for Colorado; and listed on the state Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry required
  • Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
  • RN License required
  • BLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
  • ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
  • Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan

Pay and Benefits

We are offering a guaranteed base salary of $156,735, substantial RVU incentive pay, and a quality incentive bonus, ensuring your expertise is highly valued.
