Community Health Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the OBGYN practice at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis, IN. The position is part of a leading not‑for‑profit, provider‑led, multi‑specialty healthcare system with over 1,300 providers.

Requirements
- Experience in OBGYN/Women’s health preferred
- Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or hold current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis
- Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing and maintain eligibility on an ongoing basis
