Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of patient care and clerical duties to assist and support the organization and function of the Labor/Delivery/Recovery/Postpartum (LDRP).
- Works cooperatively with and under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Provides direct care to patients of various ages (neonate, adolescent, adult).
- Interacts with physicians, patients, families/significant others, hospital staff, and community agencies in providing basic care.
- Responsible for completion and processing of birth certificates and “Declaration of Paternity” forms.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- BLS Certification within 30 days and maintain current.
- Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, EMT, ROP, Paramedic Training Program, Certified Surgical Scrub Technician, or equivalent required (State Specific).
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $30.00 to $30.00. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.

Per Diem, Night Shift.
