About the Role
Medical City Las Colinas is seeking a full-time, board-certified OB/GYN to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team. This role offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact in a hospital-based practice within a collaborative and empowering environment.
- Structured 24-hour shifts with no on-call duties
- Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance
- Minimum requirement: average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
- First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians
- Strong, reliable back-up call system
- Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
- Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams
