OB Hospitalist

About the Role

Medical City Healthcare is seeking compassionate, board-certified Obgyn physicians to join our team as full time, part-time, or PRN OB Hospitalists across our Dallas-Fort Worth hospitals. Hospital coverage could include Medical City Alliance, Arlington, Dallas, Las Colinas, Lewisville, and Plano each offering supportive teams and well-established women's services programs.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Obgyn physicians

Schedule

• 24-hour shifts
• Full-time physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month and 18 shifts per quarter
• Part-time physicians are required to work a minimum average of three shifts per month and nine shifts per quarter
• PRN physicians are required to work a minimum average of one shift per month and three shifts per quarter

Responsibilities

• Focused on hospital-based care includes deliveries and rounding on inpatients
• No clinic responsibilities
• Provide emergency OB care, unassigned patient support, OBED coverage, and transport management
