OB/GYNO Generalist Physician

Responsibilities

• Work in a Birth Center welcoming over 700 new babies each year, providing families with exceptional, personalized care.
• Join a supportive team dedicated to high-quality outcomes and a positive patient experience.
• Utilize a team-based RVU model, with productivity pooled and distributed equitably based on FTE.
• Provide clinic, call, and surgical responsibilities.
• Occasional 5th weekend coverage with rotating holidays.

Requirements

• Completion of a medical degree and an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Current and unrestricted Minnesota Board of Medical Practice license.

Pay

$362,000 (base guarantee), with productivity opportunity above the base and quality incentive pay determined annually.

Schedule

0.75-1.0 FTE (flexible based on candidate desire).

Practice Details
