Job Description
Packard Children’s Health Alliance / Stanford Children’s Health is seeking a full-time general OB/GYN to join their growing practice in Redwood City, located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Currently, they have 5 OB/GYN’s, 2 GYN physicians and 3 NP’s in their practice. They deliver at Sequoia Hospital, a Level 2 NICU.
Practice Details
- Full-scope obstetric/gynecological care.

- Average of 15-20 patients per day
- Average delivery volume: 8-12 deliveries per month
- All OB deliveries performed at Sequoia Hospital with 24-hour dedicated Anesthesiologist to L&D, 24-hour neonatology/pediatric hospitalist
- Call schedule 1:5
- Robust ancillary support staff with 2 RN’s supporting our providers

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Tasks involve exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues. The potential for spills or splashes of blood, body fluids, tissues exist in job related tasks.
Qualifications
- BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of California
- Residency in OB/GYN
Additional Information
- Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
- Salary within our ranges may also be determined by candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
- 2-year base salary guarantee up to $400,000 (for 1.0 FTE), 4 days per week, Incentive package of up to 20,000 per year
