About the role

The Practice is a well-established facility specializing in robotic surgery, with a team consisting of two dedicated physicians and two experienced APRNs. Privileges span both Spring Valley Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital, with over 95% of deliveries and surgical cases performed at Spring Valley.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1-in-4 weekend on-call rotation
• Utilize the laborist program to cover approximately 30-40 deliveries per month
• Maintain an outstanding work-life balance
• Operate at the forefront of women's health with a strong robotic program and comprehensive services

Qualifications

• Board Certified OB/GYN
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency experience
• Experience with robotic surgery
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Pay

Salary starts at $300,000 based on experience, with an up to $80,000 signing bonus and RVU performance-based bonuses starting in Year 2. Quarterly assessments apply.
