About the role

Overview: Lifeline Medical Associates seeks an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their Women's Health Care Center in West Long Branch, NJ. The practice consists of 6 OB/GYN physicians, 3 certified nurse midwives, and strong support staff across three locations (West Long Branch, Lakewood, Middletown) and utilizes Monmouth Medical Center for deliveries and surgical procedures—a large community academic center with a Level 3 NICU, da Vinci robotic system for GYN surgery, and women’s health subspecialists. The established practice has built a solid patient base over 30 years, offering an individualized, meaningful patient experience within a team‑based approach. Experienced physicians and residents are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to patients.
• Manage an office patient census of approximately 25‑30 patients per day.
• Perform about 10‑15 deliveries per month.
• Dedicate roughly half a day per week to gynecologic surgery.
• Participate in a 1‑in‑5 call schedule with 1‑in‑5 weekend call coverage.
• Engage in teaching opportunities through the hospital residency program.
