About the role

Join Lifeline Medical Associates in Ridgewood, NJ as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician providing comprehensive women's health care in a compassionate, team‑based practice. You will see patients in clinic, perform deliveries and gynecologic surgeries at Valley Hospital, and participate in a supportive call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population (~25 patients per day).
• Perform deliveries and GYN surgeries at The Valley Hospital (Level III NICU, robotics, hospitalist support).
• Participate in call: 1 weekday per week and 1 in 6 weekend calls, with a post‑call day off.
• Mentor graduating residents or younger physicians transitioning to private practice.
• Contribute to a team‑approach practice focused on individualized patient experience.

Requirements

• Board‑certified or Board‑eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician.
• Experienced physicians and residents are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Board certification in OB/GYN (or eligibility for board certification).
• Ability to obtain privileges at Valley Hospital.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Pay

• Board‑eligible physicians: starting salary $325,000 per year.
• Board‑certified physicians: starting salary $375,000 per year.
• Overall compensation range: $325,000 – $400,000 per year.

Schedule

• Clinic patient census ~25/day.
• Call schedule: 1 weekday per week and 1 in 6 weekend calls, with a post‑call day off.
• Practice open to part‑time or full‑time schedules.
