About the role

This role involves providing inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care as a licensed MD in a facility with structured 24-hour call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Support the OB/GYN team with cesarean sections, VBAC deliveries, and overall patient care during assigned shifts
• Provide 24-hour call coverage
• Manage adult patients
• Support obstetric services within a structured workflow

Work environment

On-site acute care hospital with approximately 60 deliveries annually, full support staff, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Board certification is negotiable
• Must be comfortable with inpatient obstetric procedures and providing continuous coverage
