OB/GYN Physician - Locum Tenens

About the role

This position is for a qualified clinician providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care at a 75-bed facility. The role involves delivering full-scope women's health services during day shifts, responding to emergency call situations with 24-hour on-call coverage, and overseeing clinic operations. Support is provided by midwives, and the patient population includes all ages.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient load of 7-14 patients per day
• Provide routine and emergency obstetric and gynecologic care
• Document patient encounters using Meditech EMR
• Respond to emergency call situations, including weekends and holidays
• Oversee and support clinic operations

Requirements

• Flexibility for clinic shifts and emergency responses
• Board certification is negotiable
