OB/GYN Physician - Locum Tenens

About the role

Full-scope clinic position providing comprehensive women’s health services, including approximately 40 deliveries per month. The role involves managing routine and emergency obstetric cases, working primarily day shifts, and responding to emergencies during 24-hour call coverage. Support staff includes midwives, and the patient population consists of adult women.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care
• Manage clinic operations and ensure accurate documentation using the Meditech EMR system
• Respond to urgent and emergency situations during call shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Provide continuous patient care with an emphasis on quality outcomes

Requirements

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (negotiable)
• Ability to handle 24-hour call coverage and emergency response
