OB/GYN Physician

About the role

The position is within the employed group of two OB/GYN physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers. This role supports a hospital that performs approximately 1400 deliveries annually, with 14 labor, delivery, recovery, and post-partum rooms.

Responsibilities

• Generalist scope of practice including obstetrics and gynecology
• Supports 24/7 in-house OB hospitalist coverage
• Works in a setting with limited call arrangements

Requirements

• License to practice medicine in the state of Maryland
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in the area of specialty

Qualifications

• Experience in generalist scope of practice including obstetrics and gynecology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
