About the role

Oakdale Obstetrics & Gynecology, a division of Premier OB/GYN of MN, is seeking a full-time OB/GYN to join its team. As part of the largest independent OB/GYN practice in the Twin Cities, this progressive 65-year-old practice offers a complete continuum of women’s health care in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. The role emphasizes a compassionate, team-oriented approach to high-quality patient care and superior patient experiences and outcomes. Practice Highlights

• Integrated team of 11 board-certified OB/GYN physicians, 10 nurse midwives, 6 nurse practitioners, 2 PA-C's, 3 OB/GYN physical therapists, a registered dietician, and a diabetic educator
• Three state-of-the-art clinics serving women in the northwest and northeast suburbs of Minneapolis: Maple Grove (flagship), Blaine, and Plymouth
• Affiliated with Maple Grove Hospital (the busiest delivery hospital in Minnesota), North Memorial Health Hospital, and two ambulatory surgery centers in Maple Grove and Blaine
• Approximately 2-3 days of call per month
• Full-time schedule: clinic and/or surgery four days per week with one dedicated day off

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to women at all stages of life
• Participate in call rotation (approximately 2-3 days per month)
• Perform surgeries, including robotic-assisted procedures, at affiliated hospitals and surgery centers
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized patient care

Pay

Annual compensation ranges from $250,000 to $300,000.
