OB/GYN Physician
About the Role
Tufts Medical Center Community Care is seeking an outstanding OB/GYN Generalist Physician to join our Obstetrics & Gynecology practice in Reading, MA. Responsibilities
- Participate in an attractive call schedule of 1:7 (24-hour shifts)
- Develop longitudinal relationships with patients
- Work as a valuable member of the care team alongside physician colleagues, OB Hospitalists, Nurse Practitioners, and extensive ancillary staff
- Provide service and people-focused support to patients
- Contribute to a flexible and modern work environment that values work/life balance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various community members and stakeholders
- Engage actively within our communities, blending academic and community care strengths
Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
- Team player excited to work cooperatively with diverse stakeholders and disciplines
- Experience in robotics is a plus
- Experience supporting a community-based outpatient practice in MA is a plus
- Experience in Urogynecology is a plus
- Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is preferred

Pay
The salary range for this position is $325,000 to $350,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on factors including relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
