Responsibilities

• Sustainable 4-day clinic schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)
• No Thursday clinic
• Designed to support both efficiency and work-life balance
• Weekday call rotates between float coverage and limited Friday night call
• Weekend call approximately 18
• Structured to promote fairness, support, and long-term sustainability

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Open to 2027 graduates and experienced physicians
• Team-oriented with a commitment to patient-centered care
• Must have completed or currently completing an ACGME/AOA approved Ob/Gyn residency program
