OB/GYN Physician

Job Summary

A full-time position for a Board-certified or Board-eligible Generalist Obstetrician-Gynecologist providing outpatient Ob/Gyn services. The provider will work as part of a collaborative model Ob/Gyn practice.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Participate in Departmental initiatives and quality care projects as appropriate.
• Participate in Organizational initiatives and quality care projects as appropriate.
• Provide appropriate outpatient care for patients needing obstetrical and gynecologic care.
• Provide a collaborative resource for certified nurse midwives working in the Department.
• Provide a collaborative resource for non-Ob/Gyn providers working in the Department.

Skills And Abilities

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in reference to team members and patients.

Education And/Or Experience

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Evidence of graduation from approved Ob/Gyn Residency Program
• CURRENT LICENSED FROM STATE OF MARYLAND
• CURRENT DEA & CDS licenses
• Ability to be insured for malpractice insurance
• Have skill and experience in both outpatient and inpatient obstetrical care
• Have skill and experience in both outpatient and inpatient gynecologic care
