We are seeking a motivated, Board Certified/Board Eligible OBGYN to join a practice backed by a strong referral base and extensive health system resources in McMinnville, TN. Practice Details

• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Collaborative call structure designed for work-life sustainability
• Direct access to surgical robotics (daVinci), dedicated block time, and comprehensive clinical support staff
• L&D/Laborist support and midwife collaboration
• Productivity incentives: RVU and Quality Bonus
• CME allowance: up to $4,000 and 5 days per year

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible OBGYN
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners (required prior to hire)
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
