OB/GYN Physician

About the role

Advantia Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB GYN Physician to join our growing team in Reston, VA. We have various office locations in Virginia that emphasize strong personal relationships between patients and physicians. Physician sponsorship opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality OB/GYN care
• Perform minor and major surgeries
• Prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of OB/GYN problems
• Direct, advise, and supervise medical staff including nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants on proper procedures and protocol
• Support enhancements of technology to drive higher quality and consumer experience while maintaining clinical quality
• Examine patients, obtain medical histories, and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Stay informed and provide the latest treatments
• Actively participate in internal quality improvement teams and work with team members to proactively drive improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN
• Previous experience in OB/GYN practices preferred
• Active Medical License in the State of Virginia preferred

Pay

Compensation range: $288,750 - $383,250 per year, based on years of experience.
