About the Role
Provide compassionate patient care in a clinic setting within a Patient-Centered Medical Home model. This role involves direct patient interaction, clinical support, and office operations to ensure high-quality, accessible care.
Responsibilities
- Take vital signs and collect patient data
- Administer medications and provide patient education
- Assist with exams and procedures
- Obtain authorizations and maintain supplies
- Sterilize instruments and ensure clinic cleanliness
- Support office operations and mentor new staff
- Communicate effectively with patients and providers while maintaining confidentiality
- Occasionally assist with vaccinations and lab processing
- Perform office duties to support clinic workflow
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid LPN or Medical Assistant certification
- CPR certification
- 0-2 years of experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, customer-focused approach

Physical Demands
