OB/GYN | los Angeles, CA | $400K+ Potential | 1:3 Call

An established private women's health practice in Los Angeles, California is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join its growing team The Position: * 4 to 4.5 clinical days per week with dedicated administrative time * Monday-Friday schedule with typical clinic hours of 7 AM-4 PM * Light 1:3 call rotation with the addition of the incoming physician * Approximately 25 deliveries per month across the entire group * Manageable call volume, typically 1-5 deliveries on a call day * General OB/GYN with an established patient population * Join 2 OB/GYN physicians with experienced NP support * APP handles routine follow-ups, annual exams, initial workups, and other general women's health visits * Established hospital relationship for deliveries and surgical cases Compensation & Benefits: * Base salary + Earning potential $400K+ * Comprehensive benefits package * Malpractice coverage provided * Licensing and professional fees covered * W2 employment structure with 1099 option available * Potential future partnership opportunity The Community: * Live and work in the Los Angeles area with convenient access to Pasadena and the San Gabriel Mountains * Highly regarded schools and family-friendly residential communities * Easy access to hiking, biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the San Gabriel Mountains * Enjoy Southern California's year-round sunshine with beaches, dining, shopping, and entertainment all within reach * Close proximity to major airports and everything the Los Angeles metro has to offer Interested?
