OB/GYN Locum Tenens Physician

Role Overview

Provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care during 24-hour in-house call shifts, staying in hospital accommodations for 2-4 days per assignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient obstetric and gynecologic cases
• Respond to emergency situations
• Perform all obstetric and gynecologic procedures during shifts
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Board certification is negotiable
• Must have the ability to handle variable case loads and provide continuous patient care

Key Duties

• Cover inpatient obstetric and gynecologic services
• Manage emergencies
• Collaborate with hospital support staff to deliver quality care
