Responsibilities
- Execute service duties in accordance with Forbes/AAA inspection standards and Broadmoor Standards of Excellence
- Knowledge of course layout; observe proper golf etiquette
- Operate and drive golf carts in a safe manner
- Receive, stock, and prepare products, including food, liquors and supplies
- Serve as an Oasis attendant, cart attendant or station as scheduled
- Assist guests in a friendly, timely manner
- Make and serve basic alcoholic beverages
- Prepare and serve basic food items
- Responsible for knowing group requirements and billing through BEO’s
- Use proper cash handling procedures in accepting payment and documenting sales
- Document sales for credit cards and room charges in accordance with Hotel compliance guidelines
- Stock, inventory, and maintain beverage carts
- Maintain inventory through daily procedures and controls
- Follow the procedures provided for opening/ closing and side work
- Follow and abide by hotel and departmental policies and procedures including spotter standards, cash handling standards and security policies
- Complete and turn in necessary reports and balance monies
- Follow all directions from supervisors and managers
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bartending and golf experience preferred
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License preferred to assist with driving shuttles or transporting guests as needed
- Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older
- In compliance with state liquor laws, must be at least 21 years old as they will be mixing drinks without direct supervision
