About the role

Oaktree Funding is seeking motivated, early-career professionals to join our team as Inside Account Executives at our headquarters in Chandler, Arizona. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in mortgage banking and wholesale lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers, and other industry professionals.
• Educate partners on Oaktree Funding’s wholesale mortgage products and lending programs.
• Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, follow-up, and relationship management.
• Utilize company marketing resources while also building your own network of partners.
• Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to move loans through the process efficiently.
• Learn the fundamentals of wholesale lending, pricing, guidelines, and deal structuring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in business, finance, communications, or related fields.
• Strong work ethic and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in developing a career in mortgage sales and financial services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Prior sales, internship, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base salary plus commission.
• First-year total earnings typically range from $80,000 to $120,000 depending on performance.

Location

This position is based on site at our Chandler, Arizona headquarters.
