Oaktree Direct - Mortgage Loan Officer

The Opportunity

Oaktree Direct is hiring Loan Officers who want real opportunity, consistent deal flow, and a clear path to higher earnings. We currently have more purchase opportunities and Realtor relationships than we have Loan Officers to handle them. This role is built for professionals who can step into a production environment and convert opportunity into closings.

Compensation

• $40,000 base
• 50 bps per funded loan ($4,500 max per file)
• Growth Path (typically after ~6 months): ~150 bps per loan
• No base
• Full production upside
• Built pipeline to support higher income

• Ability to build long-term referral and recruiting relationships

Additional Income Opportunity

In addition to loan commissions, Loan Officers have the ability to build long-term residual income by developing Realtor and Loan Officer relationships within Oaktree’s platform. This allows strong producers to create leverage beyond their personal production over time.
