O43 FOREMAN-2ND SHIFT-$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

The anticipated salary range represents the estimated base pay for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, and may vary from the posted range.

About the role

This position will be responsible for overseeing a second shift multi-trade crew providing maintenance services for JMAF, UOH, Ship Join Bay and critical equipment/machinery. Strong communication skills with the responsibility of working with production in the scheduling and servicing of critical machinery. Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience and job knowledge. Supervises and trains employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed. Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity of employees, and assists in development of training procedures. Breaks broad strategies down to practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to perform these plans. Responsible for complying with all technical aspects of the job including adherence to all drawings, procedures, etc. Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that have a significant financial impact on the company's performance. Supervises qualified trades staff; monitoring job and budget performance for all shifts.

• Bachelor's Degree OR Apprentice Certification OR High School and 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience OR Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience.
• Understanding of Facilities Maintenance Processes.
• LO/TO Y-1078 lockout tagaout qualified.
• Ability to read schematics.
• SAP Plant Maintenance Module experience.

$92,000.00 to $117,000.00
