Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows Server, Active Directory, and GPOs
- Ability to work with minimal direction
- Ability to work with a Distributed team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely at multiple levels between business and IT staff
- Experience with working with Vendors to update Email preferences
- Experience with virtualization (VMWare)
- Understanding of monitoring systems (PRTG, Nagios)
- Experience with Backup and Replication systems (Backup Exec, Double-Take, RecoverPoint, Veeam)
- Need to be comfortable running PowerShell commands to extract data out of Exchange
- Microsoft Exchange or O365 Migration and troubleshooting experience
- Outstanding time management and problem-solving skills
- End user Training and documentation experience
- Strong Microsoft Outlook skills
- Experience with O365 Migration tools like AvePoint, Bit Titan, etc.
- Experience with Proofpoint
- Knowledge of migrating and validating SharePoint, One drive, and teams from one tenant to another
