About the role
Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer located in Raritan, New Jersey (NJ). Duration: 6 Months. Experience Required: 10+ Years. Role: Exchange Engineer. Essential Skill: Technical Lead.
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, particularly Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migrations.
- Hands‑on experience with third‑party migration tools, including BitTitan MigrationWiz, DriveIQ, ShareGate.
- Strong understanding of Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft Entra ID, OneDrive, Microsoft ShareGate.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph.
- Strong understanding of mail flow, including hybrid environments and tenant‑to‑tenant migrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end‑to‑end migration issues across Exchange Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams.
- Experience identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex migration issues.
- Ability to coordinate with Microsoft Support to resolve critical technical issues.
- Experience managing and leading Exchange Server migration and administration activities.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience; Exchange Engineer role; Technical Lead essential skill.
