What You Will Do
- Develop and grow Oils & Lubricants sales within assigned territory
- Manage existing customer relationships while aggressively pursuing new business
- Call on customers in Oil & Gas, Compression, Trucking, Construction, Industrial, and Commercial markets
- Work alongside operations and leadership teams to ensure strong customer support
- Build strategic relationships and identify opportunities for long-term growth
- Maintain account activity and pipeline within CRM system
What We Are Looking For
- Outside sales experience in Oils & Lubricants, fuel, industrial, or related industries preferred
- Existing customer relationships and industry contacts are highly valued
- Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage territory growth and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Preferred Experience
- Heavy Duty Lubricants
- Industrial Lubricants
- Oilfield / Compression markets
- Commercial fleet accounts
- Existing book of business
Pay
Base salary range of $85,000 – $120,000 plus commission
