NY/NJ Water Construction Management Lead

About the role

The NY/NJ Construction Field Services Lead is a professional who will lead the development and growth of Construction Management Services within the NY/NJ Water Business Group. This role requires coordination, monitoring, and improvement of technical competencies of construction management staff, focusing on meeting client needs and market drivers.

Responsibilities

• Advance business development strategies and pursue new clients and projects.
• Manage client relationships and provide leadership in addressing client issues.
• Support project staffing and resourcing decisions.
• Coordinate local bidding efforts and perform construction management activities.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with the Health and Safety Program.
• Prepare and update project schedules, pay requests, progress reports, budgets, and schedule management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Committed to quality, improvement, and HDR values.
• Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Works cooperatively with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers on business class efforts.

Qualifications

• Developed good writing, presenting, and speaking skills.
• Active engagement in professional or industry associations to enhance HDR technical expertise and brand.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) by Construction Management Association of America.
• Professional Engineer in New York.

• Actively engaged in professional or industry associations to enhance HDR technical expertise and brand.

Pay

Compensation range: $173,688 - $248,125
