This role is responsible for managing the company's customer relations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and social media
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently

- Conduct regular surveys to gather customer feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product/service offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
