NV Leasing Consultant (Spanish Ridge)

About the role

Olen is seeking a skilled and motivated full-time Leasing Consultant for our multi-family apartment community in Las Vegas, NV: Spanish Ridge. This position requires an individual with strong organizational skills who can prioritize multiple tasks and enjoys working with people in an energetic atmosphere. Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing vacant units to maintain high occupancy and assisting in customer service and resident retention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and amenities.
• Utilize resident, prospect, and revenue management software systems for leasing activities such as inquiries, appointments, follow-ups, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.
• Maintain closing ratio based on community needs.
• Process rental applications in a timely manner for review and final approval by the Property Manager.
• Follow through and assume accountability for the overall move-in program.
• Assist in initiating and closing out service requests.
• Conduct market surveys of comparable properties.
• Assist with outreach marketing programs.
• Help plan, schedule, organize, and participate in resident functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience.
• Well-versed in all Fair Housing laws.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint).
• Experience with property management software is a plus; willingness and ability to learn new software.
• Able to work weekends.

Pay

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus bonus.
