Nuuly Inspection Warehouse Group Lead (Day)

Role Summary

This position is located at 1300 South Dean Avenue, Raymore, Missouri, 64083 United States. Available Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 6:00am to 4:30pm.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all associates.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the designated area.
• Support the development of employees in the designated area.
• Promote, develop, and sustain an efficient workflow within the department.
• Create a positive work environment and develop ownership in the department with a high level of diplomacy, professionalism, and integrity.
• Oversee the quality of production activities.
• Audit department processes to ensure all team members are adhering to processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Interact with management and cross-functional employees to resolve issues affecting operations.

Role Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• 1 to 2 years of equivalent job experience; team building and leadership skills.
• Works well under pressure and time constraints, dependable, and with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout a shift.
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts).
• Requires coordinated movements.
