Nutritional Services Aide / Kitchen Support

About the role

As a food services aide with Dove Healthcare, you will make a difference in our patients' day by helping make mealtime a positive experience. In addition to helping in the kitchen with prep and cleaning, you will also enjoy the reward of getting to know each patient and preparing and serving meals per their preference. No experience in food service or healthcare is required. Our paid training program will prepare you for success in this role.

Dove Healthcare consists of 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes in Barron, Bloomer, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, Fennimore, Lodi, Osseo, Rice Lake, Spooner, St. Croix Falls, and Superior. Our core services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches and desserts
• Serve meals to our residents
• Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen environment
• Assist with general kitchen cleanup and support

Requirements

• Age 16 or older

Schedule

• Part-time opportunities available
• Shifts are every other weekend, with a possible weekday shift
• Holiday rotation required
