Nutritional Service Associate

Position Purpose

The Nutritional Service Associate will work 12 - hour shifts with every other weekend from 6:30a - 7p. within St. Mary's Hospital in Athens, GA.

What You Will Do

• Assist in preparation, service and cleaning required for the patient tray line and the cafeteria food service.
• Realize the importance of proper food preparation according to given recipes.
• Be concerned for cleanliness.
• Observe routine work schedules and follow the System and departmental operating procedures.
• Carry through to completion assigned and planned tasks.
• Exercise initiative and sound judgment performing daily and assigned work.
• Exercise the ability to prioritize and correct problems, as needed.

Education & Experience

• An HS diploma is desirable but not required.
• Previous experience in a hospital or extended care facility is desirable but not required.
