Nutritional Sciences Postdoctoral Scholar - Petersen Lab
The Department of Nutritional Sciences, in the College of Health and Human Development, seeks to hire one Postdoctoral Researcher to work in the laboratory of Dr. Kristina Petersen.
About the role
The successful candidate should be highly motivated with experience in human research on dietary intervention and how it relates to cardiovascular health. The candidate will conduct controlled feeding studies, obtain regulatory compliance, analyze data sets, and write grants and manuscripts based on ongoing research studies. The candidate must be capable of working independently and as an interdisciplinary team member, interacting with faculty, staff, graduate, and undergraduate students. The candidate will prepare publications and conduct presentations and must have the ability to disseminate results to a wide variety of audiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct controlled feeding studies

Requirements
- Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate in an appropriate field including, but not limited to Nutritional Sciences, Public Health, Data Science, or Nutrition
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Pay
This is a term appointment funded for one year from the date of hire with possibility of refunding.
