Nutritional II Job Responsibilities

• Prepares, sets up and serves hot and cold food items needed for customer meal services.
• Performs basic cooking duties.
• Cleans and sanitizes work area, equipment, and dishes.
• Maintains and sets up work area; restocking all items as needed.
• Performs cash register duties.
• Affords assistance with other duties as assigned.

Nutritional II Education and Experience Requirements

• A high school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience preferred, but not required.

Nutritional II Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to recognize food items which are unsuitable for service.
• Ability to safely utilize commercial cooking and preparation equipment.
• Understand and apply basic sanitation and storage principles.
• Required to read, write and understand verbal and written instructions.
• Possess a pleasant, respectful and enthusiastic manner toward others.
