We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include metadata like reference code as heading; can fold into short p. Must remove boilerplate: How To Apply, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Organization: NIH, Office of Nutrition Research (ONR), seeking postdoctoral fellow for Nutritional Ecology of Early Development (NEED) Project, collaborative NIH–FDA initiative within Nutrition Regulatory Science Program. - Description: fellowship provides immersive research and STEM training experience focused on infant and young child nutrition (birth to 2 years). Under mentorship of NIH scientists, the fellow will apply an ecological framework to examine how biological, nutritional, developmental, dietary, sociodemographic, and environmental factors influence early-life nutrition and health. Training opportunities include evidence synthesis, scientific writing, manuscript development, presentations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and engagement with leading national and international experts while contributing to research that supports FDA regulatory science and evidence-based infant feeding guidance. - What will I be doing? The fellow will receive training and experience in all aspects of the translational science continuum including development of conceptual frameworks, data acquisition, and interpretation relevant to achieving project objectives. The fellow will be involved in all phases of a deliberative process involving scientists with a range of expertise recruited to achieve project goals and will work with the NEED team to develop a series of manuscripts designed to address the project’s objectives with regard to FDA’s mission for regulation and safety evaluation of foods to support infant and young child nutrition (birth to 2 years of age). This opportunity provides experience to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop federal partnerships, contribute to the strategic planning and evaluation of data-driven projects, and build proficiency with analytic tools and data science methodologies relevant to advancing the ONR mission. - Why should I apply? Participating in this STEM research learning experience offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of NIH mechanisms and collaborative research initiatives. You will explore various NIH databases and tools for data analysis, learn how to identify metrics and key indicators for evaluating programs, and analyze the outcomes of different types of collaborative research initiatives. Through guided mentorship, you will gain insights into data-driven approaches to assessing program effectiveness and explore ways to conceptualize future research opportunities based on evidence and trends. - Where will I be located? Fellows are expected to be fully engaged, either in-person, hybrid In-person or hybrid location is Bethesda, MD. - What financial provisions will I receive? The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend to help offset living and other expenses during this appointment. Stipend rates are determined by NIH officials and are based on the candidate’s academic and professional background. In addition, NIH may provide a health insurance supplement to cover the monthly premium costs if you elect the ORAU/ORISE health insurance plan, as necessary. - What is the length of the appointment? The appointment will initially be for one year, renewable annually up to 4 additional years upon recommendation of NIH and is contingent on the availability of funds. - When are selections made? Applications will be reviewed on a rolling-basis throughout the 2026 calendar year, and selections made as projects for participation become available. - What is the Nature of the Appointment? This program, administered by ORAU through its contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to manage the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE), was established through an interagency agreement between DOE and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Participants do not become employees of NIH, DOE, ORISE, nor ORAU, and there are no employment-related benefits. - Qualifications: The qualified candidate must be 18 years or older at the time of application and should have received a Doctoral degree in one of the relevant fields. The degree must have been received within the last five years of the appointment start date. Current graduate students who are nearing degree completion may apply but must have completed their degrees by the start of the fellowship. Citizenship Requirements: This opportunity is available to U.S. citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents (LPR), and foreign nationals. Non-U.S. citizen applicants should refer to the Guidelines for Non-U.S. Citizens Details page for information about the valid immigration statuses that are acceptable for program participation. A Completed Application Consists Of ... (list of required docs). Also mention reference code. - Stipend: $75,000.00 – $88,000.00 Yearly - Point of Contact Alecia Eligibility Requirements... (some weird formatting). There's also some snippet about "Degree: Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree received within the last 60 months or currently pursuing." Might be duplicate. We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe description of role), Responsibilities (what will I be doing?), Requirements (qualifications?), Skills (maybe training opportunities?), Benefits (financial provisions, health insurance supplement?), Pay (stipend amount), Schedule (length of appointment, location? maybe schedule not given; location is where will I be located; schedule maybe not given; we can include location under About the role? But schedule section only if posting actually states schedule; not present. So we should not create Schedule section. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (What will I be doing?), Requirements (Qualifications + citizenship + age etc), Skills (training opportunities maybe), Benefits (financial provisions, health insurance supplement), Pay (stipend), maybe also Location (could be part of About the role or separate but not a standard heading; we could include under About the role). The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings exactly. We should not create Qualifications separate if we already have Requirements? The list includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide based on content. The posting has a "Qualifications" section with detailed criteria. Could map that to Qualifications heading. Requirements could be maybe eligibility (age, citizenship). But we can combine. However we must not create empty sections. So we need to decide which headings have substantive content. Let's map: - About the role: description of the fellowship, mission, collaborative NIH-FDA initiative, focus on infant nutrition, etc. Use the initial paragraphs. - Responsibilities: "What will I be doing?" section. - Requirements: maybe eligibility criteria: age 18+, citizenship, etc. Could also include degree receipt within last five years, etc. But those are also qualifications. Might be better to put degree requirements under Qualifications. Requirements could be citizenship and age. However we have both; we can include both under Requirements (age, citizenship) and Qualifications (education, transcript, resume, recommendation). But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). But we have both headings allowed; we need to decide which to use. Given the posting has a explicit "Qualifications" heading, we should use that. The "Requirements" heading could be used for eligibility (age, citizenship). But we could also omit Requirements if we think it's thin. However we have substantive content for eligibility (age 18+, citizenship). That's enough for a Requirements section. Skills: training opportunities include evidence synthesis, scientific writing, manuscript development, presentations, interdisciplinary collaboration, engagement with experts, etc. That's substantive. Benefits: financial provisions (monthly stipend, health insurance supplement). That's substantive. Pay: stipend amount $75,000-$88,000 yearly. Schedule: length of appointment (initial one year, renewable up to 4 additional years). That's schedule info. Also location maybe not schedule but we could include location under About the role. The schedule heading expects info about length, maybe hours? We have length of appointment. So we can include Schedule section with that. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". We have actual numbers. We must not include boilerplate like How To Apply, application instructions, reference code as heading, etc. We can include reference code in a short p maybe under About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short p with the reference code. We must not include social security numbers etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
