About the Department
The St. Vrain Valley School District's Department of Nutrition Services provides quality, nutritious, and well-balanced meals to the District's students. The Department strives to offer meals at a reasonable price while ensuring all meals meet the National School Breakfast and Lunch nutritional guidelines—providing a quarter of the Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) at breakfast and one-third of the RDA at lunch for students.
In addition to promoting healthy meals, the Department operates as an efficient, self-supporting enterprise program within the District.
