CSEA Hours/Work Year: 2 to 3.5 hours day (10 Mos./180 Days – Student Days Only)
Education/Experience
Any combination equivalent to sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above.
Other Requirements
- All offers of employment are conditional upon the applicant’s satisfactory results of the Pre-Placement Evaluation Program (PEP) strength test.
Selection & Examination
- The selection process will consist of an application screening for completeness and qualifications, a written exam (weighted 40%) and an oral panel interview exam (weighted 60%) will be conducted.
- A passing score must be achieved on the exams to be placed on the eligibility list.
- Final selection will be made from the three highest accepting ranks off the eligibility list.
