Nutrition Services Aide - Part Time

About the role

Nutrition Services Aide provides support to patients and staff by cleaning, serving patients, employees, and hospital staff. The position may require preparing food to fill in for the cook as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serves patients and employees
• Cleans areas within the department
• Prepares food as needed
• Supports the department by assisting with tasks as required
• Interacts directly with patients of all ages in a friendly and courteous manner
• Works with all levels of staff, remaining on-task and efficient throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must complete and pass the Serve Safe exam
• Must be able to work with all ages of hospital patients
