- Responsibilities: Major Duties And Responsibilities list. SoResponsibilities
then- ... each bullet.
We need to preserve all duties. Let's list them:

- Perform other duties as assigned by Nutrition Services Management.
We need to keep these as list items.
- Requirements: Minimum Qualifications? Actually Minimum Qualifications is a set of requirements. Also "Ability to pass pre-placement drug and physical examinations." Also "Pre-placement drug screening is required*". Also maybe "Successful experience in working with culturally diverse families/communities; or demonstrated commitment to strengthening engagement of a diverse community, and skill in communicating with a diverse population." etc.
We can combine Minimum Qualifications and maybe other requirement statements.
- Qualifications: Desired Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe list skills like communication, computer skills, etc. But we might not need separate Skills if covered elsewhere. However we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes skills: Ability to communicate and maintain good working relations..., Initiative and ability to follow directions..., Ability to follow required production planners..., Ability to read and comprehend recipes..., Maintain valid Food Handlers Card. Customer service skills. Basic computer skills; possess or receive meal-computer/point-of-sale (POS) training. Ability to pass pre-placement drug and physical examinations. Also "Basic computer knowledge/skills: Navigate internet Email Folder management". So we can have Skills section.
- Benefits: Retirement Plan Contributions info. Also maybe "Compensation Initial wage placement according to NCSD/OSEA Collective Bargaining Agreement." That's Pay. Benefits: Retirement Plan Contributions (PERS/OPSRP). Also maybe other benefits not mentioned. So we include Benefits section with that info.
- Pay: Compensation Initial wage placement according to NCSD/OSEA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Also the wage schedule table. So we need to include Pay section with that info. The table shows steps and amounts. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can present as a
- or maybe a ? The instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. For wage schedule, it's a table but we could represent as list? Might be okay to keep as
with the table? But they said use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. The wage schedule is not a list of duties/requirements/benefits; it's a compensation table. Could be presented as
with the table? But we cannot use ? Not prohibited. The instruction only says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. It doesn't forbid other tags like . Safer to keep as
containing the table? But we need to preserve all info. Could format as
with the wage schedule as text. Might be okay. - Schedule: SCHEDULE: 9:15 AM - 1:00 PM, Subject to change depending on department needs WORK CALENDAR: 175 days. So we can have Schedule section with that. Now we need to remove boilerplate: Equal Opportunity Employer/Drug Free Workplace, veterans preferences, non-discrimination statement, contact info, HR page link, etc. Also remove "Please refer to the job description for more detailed information." Also remove "Applicant agrees to assume cost and arrange for FINGERPRINT-BASED CRIMINAL RECORDS CHECK upon offer of employment." That's maybe a requirement? Could be considered a requirement but it's about background check; could be kept under Requirements? It's not explicitly a qualification but it's a condition. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a condition of employment. Might keep as requirement? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not exactly that. It's a background check requirement. Might keep. But we need to be careful not to include duplicated lines. Let's extract all substantive content: - Position Summary (already captured) - Compensation Initial wage placement according to NCSD/OSEA Collective Bargaining Agreement. - Wage schedule table. - Retirement Plan Contributions info. - SCHEDULE: 9:15 AM - 1:00 PM, Subject to change depending on department needs - WORK CALENDAR: 175 days - Minimum Qualifications list: * Successful experience in working with culturally diverse families/communities; or demonstrated commitment to strengthening engagement of a diverse community, and skill in communicating with a diverse population. * Graduation from high school or equivalent, or at least two years of nutrition experience may substitute for the education requirement. * Ability to communicate and maintain good working relations with other employees, students, community representatives, school staff and nutrition services management. * Initiative and ability to follow directions and training from senior personnel, and make sound and logical decisions. * Ability to: follow required production planners for effective food preparation and service; read and comprehend recipes and directions for equipment use. * Maintain valid Food Handlers Card. * Customer service skills. * Basic computer skills; possess or receive meal-computer/point-of-sale (POS) training. * Ability to pass pre-placement drug and physical examinations. - Desired Qualifications: * Nutrition services experience in a school setting. * Bilingual and bicultural skills * Serve Safe Certification. * Basic computer knowledge/skills: Navigate internet Email Folder management - Major Duties And Responsibilities (list as above) - Pre-placement drug screening is required* (maybe part of Requirements) - Also "Pre-placement drug and physical examinations" already in Minimum Qualifications. We should avoid duplication: The Minimum Qualifications includes ability to pass pre-placement drug and physical examinations. The line "Pre-placement drug screening is required*" is similar; we can keep one. Now we need to decide sections: About the role: Position Summary. Responsibilities: Major Duties And Responsibilities. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (maybe also include pre-placement drug screening requirement). Could also include "Ability to pass pre-placement drug and physical examinations" but it's already there. Qualifications: Desired Qualifications. Skills: Could extract skills from Minimum Qualifications and Desired Qualifications? But we already have Qualifications section for desired. Skills could be things like communication, customer service, basic computer skills, food handlers card, etc. However those are already in Minimum Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could combine Skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But the instruction says we can have Skills section if there is real specific content. The posting does mention skills explicitly: "Ability to communicate and maintain good working relations...", "Initiative and ability to follow directions...", "Ability to: follow required production planners...", "Maintain valid Food Handlers Card.", "Customer service skills.", "Basic computer skills; possess or receive meal-computer/point-of-sale (POS) training.", "Basic computer knowledge/skills: Navigate internet Email Folder management". So we could have Skills section with those. But we must avoid duplication: If we put skills in Skills section, we should not repeat them elsewhere. However the Minimum Qualifications also includes those same items. We could decide to treat Minimum Qualifications as Requirements (including education, experience, ability to pass drug test, etc.) and Skills as separate list of skill-based abilities. But there is overlap. To follow instruction to preserve ALL substantive information, we need to include everything, but we can organize without duplication by grouping similar items. However if we split, we risk missing some if we omit duplicates. Better to keep all in Requirements (Minimum Qualifications) and not have a separate Skills section, unless we can extract distinct skills not already covered. The posting also mentions "Basic computer knowledge/skills: Navigate internet Email Folder management" under Desired Qualifications, which is a skill. So we could have Skills section that includes: Ability to communicate and maintain good working relations, Initiative and ability to follow directions, Ability to follow production planners and read recipes, Maintain valid Food Handlers Card, Customer service skills, Basic computer skills (POS training), Basic computer knowledge/skills (navigate internet, email, folder management). That covers many but leaves out education/experience etc. That's okay. But then Minimum Qualifications would still contain education/experience, ability to pass drug test, etc. So we can have Requirements section for education/experience and mandatory requirements (including drug test). Skills section for skill-based abilities. Let's decide: - About the role: Position Summary. - Responsibilities: Major Duties And Responsibilities. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (education/experience, ability to pass drug test, etc.) plus maybe "Pre-placement drug screening is required*" (but it's same). Also maybe "Ability to pass pre-placement drug and physical examinations" is in Minimum Qualifications. - Skills: list of skill-based abilities: Ability to communicate and maintain good working relations..., Initiative and ability to follow directions..., Ability to follow required production planners..., Maintain valid Food Handlers Card., Customer service skills., Basic computer skills; possess or receive meal-computer/point-of-sale (POS) training., Basic computer knowledge/skills: Navigate internet Email Folder management. - Qualifications: Desired Qualifications (nutrition services experience in school setting, bilingual/bicultural, Serve Safe Certification, basic computer knowledge/skills: Navigate internet Email Folder management). Wait that duplicates some skills. Actually Desired Qualifications includes "
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
